St George's Alpha course will begin on Thursday 28th September at 7:30pm here at Church. Cake and hot drinks will be provided on the evenings. Alpha is specifically designed for those who are new to faith or wanting to find out more about it. For more information see our Facebook Page and below for a little insight into what's involved.Presentation – this may take the form of a video or talk lasting about 30 minutes, providing opportunities to explore the Christian faith, looking at questions like Who is Jesus?; Why & how do I pray?Discussion – a key part of Alpha is the opportunity to share thoughts and discuss in a small group at your pace. There’s an opportunity to hear from others, to ask questions and contribute your own perspective in an honest, friendly and open environment.
