Stepping Stones Shop

A warm welcome awaits you at the Stepping Stones Shop and Community Café. Taking place in the community hall every Wednesday morning since 1995, the shop has an excellent range of both new and used goods. There is also a thriving cafe which alongside the shop welcomes up to 60 visitors each week. We accept donations of good quality items including clothing, toys, books and bric-a-brac which can be brought along on a Wednesday morning (between 9:30am & 11am) or brought to the church office. Whilst meeting the needs of customers, both practically and pastorally Stepping Stones has always been more important than raising money. Profits go to support the work of Christian mission worldwide, including supporting two children’s homes: the Komamboga Children’s Home in Uganda (through Christian Partners in Africa) and My Father’s House in Brazil (through Service of Hope). There are also special fund-raising mornings which support world-wide natural disasters and Macmillan. To find out more visit our facebook page by clicking here.
